Gulf Oil Spill

Public Concern

Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill AN EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT

The population that resides in and around the Gulf of Mexico must be alerted with real truthful information.

Anyone that senses any symptoms that are listed on this site should see a doctor right away.

Demand daily air quality tests and water quality tests all along the Gulf of Mexico; and to pass on the results of these tests to the news media on a daily basis to inform the public. Just because you can't see pollution doesn't mean it is not present.

Get air filters and indoor plants for your home and office.

Clean up workers must be warned in advance that their health is at risk (the air carries dangerous pollutants of which could cause cancer or other ailments). Some of them might not live past 50 years of age, depending on how young they are now and/or a shorter life's time line. Proper safety attire with toxic breathing devices for the clean-up workers; and pay the clean-up workers $21.00 an hour tax free (the clean-up workers are at risk for health issues in the future).

We must stop BP from using the oil dispersant chemicals now!

Besides the oil, what are the dangers of BP oil dispersant chemicals in the air and absorbing into the body by swimmers?

The dispersant COREXIT® 9500 - the chemical BP is using - is considered toxic and could lead to unforeseen health and environmental problems. The first dispersant used, COREXIT® EC9527A, which carries warnings that repeated or excessive exposure may cause injury to red blood cells, the kidney or liver.

We need to know the health risks.

Submitted to the patent office: Oil dispersant chemical -- COREXIT® 9500

Patent 6261463 Issued on July 17, 2001. Estimated Expiration Date: March 4, 2019.

Oil dispersant chemical COREXIT® 9500 -- The submitted sample (#12) has the following composition:

Water 17.0 Dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DDBSA) 5.0 Triethanol amine 5.0 Dipropylene glycol methyl ether 20.0 Tall oil fatty acid, ethoxylated (Ethox TO9A) 5.0 Coco (nut oil) amide (Ninol 4OCO) 5.0 Ethoxylated tallow amine (Ethox TAM5) 8.0 Sod. Petroleum sulfonate (Petronate HL) 6.0 Amine Oxide surfactant (Ninate 411) 9.0 Phosphated ester, aromatic (Ethox NP110) 9.0 Tall oil (acintol FA1) 5.0 Coco amide (Ethox 2449) 5.0 Ethoxylated 2ndary alcohol (Tergitol 15-S-3) 0.5 Amine oxide (Triton RW 100) 0.5

Various combinations thereof were made and evaluated to visually see the emulsification. Sample #12 was chosen and sent for effectiveness testing. The combination of Ninate 411 and Ethox NP 110 is very effective in emulsifying petroleum solvents. The Sod. Pet. Sulfonates is a good emulsifier, tall oil ester is lipophilic, cocoamide and amine oxides are oil solubilizers, DDBSA TEA soap is good solubilizer/stabilizer.

Table of Chemical Constituents Commonly Found in Crude Oil

This information is for environmental exposures. These constituents are present to some degree in all crude oil. Different types of oil, like light sweet crude oil, have different levels of these chemicals. If reported data indicate specific public health risks, CDC will develop and publish recommended steps to stop or reduce exposure. Additional constituents may be added to this list as needed. For information on constituents of crude oil not listed here, go to: http://www.osha.gov/dts/osta/otm/otm_iv/otm_iv_2.html

The cancer value for benzene is based on one excess cancer case in one million over a lifetime of exposure. For a complete toxic profile of each chemical in this chart, go to http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/toxprofiles/index.asp

(1 The Minimal Risk Level (MRL) is an estimate of the daily human exposure to a hazardous substance that is likely to be without appreciable risk of adverse, non-cancer health effects over a specified duration of exposure. The information in this MRL serves as a screening tool to help public health professionals decide where to look more closely to evaluate possible risk of adverse health effects from human exposure. 2 Measures are calculated as ug(micrograms)/m3(meters cubed) in air; ug(micrograms)/l(liter) in water; mg(milligrams)/kg(kilograms) in soil. 3 All comparison values in this table were calculated by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. The calculations for cancer values are based on National Academy of Sciences (NAS) assessment methods.)

Comparison Values: safe level for humans 1, 2, 3

How to protect against exposure

Benzene

Colorless, sweet-smelling liquid and vapor. Evaporates very quickly and dissolves slightly in water.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Benzene vapors, (or fumes) can be inhaled and benzene can be consumed in contaminated food or water. It can also be absorbed through the skin. Benzene does not accumulate in significant amounts in the body.

Eating or drinking highly-contaminated food or water can cause vomiting, stomach irritation, dizziness, sleepiness, convulsions, rapid heart rate, and death. Inhaling low levels of benzene can irritate eyes, nose, throat and skin. People with chronic diseases such as asthma may be more sensitive to fumes.

Long-term exposure can adversely affect bone marrow and cause anemia, leukemia and death.

In Air:

10 ug/m3 Chronic; 0.1 ug/m3 Cancer.

In liquids:

5 ug/l Chronic;

0.6 ug/l Cancer.

In Soil:

30 mg/kg Chronic; 10 mg/kg Cancer.

If benzene is released into the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water, soil or sediment.

Hydrogen sulfide

Hydrogen sulfide is a poisonous, flammable, colorless gas that smells like rotten eggs. People usually can smell hydrogen sulfide at very low concentrations in air.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Hydrogen sulfide can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin. In the body, hydrogen sulfide is primarily converted to sulfate and is excreted in the urine. Hydrogen sulfide is rapidly removed from the body.

Inhaling low levels concentrations of hydrogen sulfide can irritate the eyes, nose, or throat. People with chronic diseases such as asthma may have trouble breathing. Brief exposure to concentrations of hydrogen sulfide greater than 500 ppm can cause loss of consciousness. In many cases where people are removed from the exposure immediately, they regain consciousness without any other effects.

Chronic exposure to high levels may cause long-term or permanent effects including headaches, impaired attention span, memory, or motor function.

In Air: No health effects have been found in humans exposed to typical environmental concentrations of hydrogen sulfide 0.2 -0.5 ug/m3).

If hydrogen sulfide is released into the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water, soil or sediment. Because the gas is heavier than oxygen, it hangs at low levels in the air, closer to the ground.

How to protect against exposure

Ethyl benzene

Ethyl benzene is a colorless liquid. It is highly flammable and smells like gasoline. It is naturally found in coal tar and petroleum.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Ethyl benzene can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin, or ingested in contaminated water.

Exposure to high levels of ethyl benzene in air for short periods can irritate eyes and throat. Exposure to higher levels can cause dizziness or vertigo.

Long term exposure has not been studied in humans.

In air: 3,000 ug/m3

In water: 1,000 ug/l

In soil: 5,000 ug/kg

If ethyl benzene is released into the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water.

Toluene aka

Methylbenzene

Toluene is a clear, colorless liquid and vapor that smells like gasoline. Toluene occurs naturally in crude oil.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Toluene can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin, or ingested in contaminated water.

Short term exposure to low to moderate levels can cause tiredness, confusion, weakness, impaired memory or motor control, nausea, loss of appetite, loss of hearing and color vision. Inhaling high levels of toluene in a short time can make you feel light-headed, dizzy, or sleepy. It can also cause unconsciousness and may be fatal.

Long term exposure to toluene may affect the nervous system or kidneys.

In air: 300 ug/m3

In water: 200 ug/l

In soil: 1,000 mg/kg

If toluene is released into the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water, soil, or sediment.

Xylene

Xylene is a colorless, sweet-smelling liquid and vapor. It is highly flammable and evaporates easily. It occurs naturally in petroleum and coal tar.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Xylene can be inhaled, ingested in contaminated water and absorbed through the skin.

Short term exposure to high levels can cause headaches, lack of coordination, dizziness, confusion, and impaired balance. Such exposure can also irritate skin, eyes, nose, throat and stomach. Other symptoms may include breathing difficulties, especially in those with chronic lung problems. At very high levels, exposure may cause unconsciousness and death.

Symptoms may include impaired reaction time, concentration and memory, and changes in the liver and kidneys.

In air: 3,000 ug/m3

In water: 2,000 ug/l

In soil: 10,000 mg/kg

If xylene is released into the air, leave the area. Avoid skin contact with tar, gasoline, paint varnish, shellac and contaminated water.

How to protect against exposure

Naphthalene and Methylnaphthalene Naphthalene is a colorless to white or brown solid or vapor that smells like mothballs. It evaporates quickly and dissolves in water. 1-Methylnaphthalene is a clear liquid and 2-Methylnaphthalene is a solid.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Naphthalene can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin, or ingested through contaminated water.

Exposure to high levels of naphthalene can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, blood in urine, rash and yellow skin.

Exposure to extremely elevated levels (500 ppm) of airborne naphthalene can be fatal.

Long term exposure has been linked to hemolytic anemia, a disorder of red blood cells. Symptoms of this anemia include fatigue, lack of appetite, restlessness, and pale skin.

In air: 3 ug/m3

In water: 700 ug/l

In soil: 700 ug/kg

If the concentration rises above (~1300 mg/m3) in the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water, soil and sediment.

Generic alkanes (including octane, hexane, nonane)

Alkanes are colorless liquids or vapors that smell like gasoline. They are present in crude oil and petroleum products. They are highly flammable and evaporate easily.

Local Poison Control Centers and Health Departments are tracking calls related to potential exposures to this chemical, and several federal agencies, including the EPA, are taking frequent air and water samples.

Alkanes can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin, or ingested in contaminated water.

Inhaling high levels of n-hexane (a specific type of medium-sized alkane), can cause numbness in the feet and hands and muscle weakness in the feet and lower legs. Inhaling high levels of some alkanes can cause asphyxiation.

Toxicity is dependent on type of alkane as well as route and duration of exposure. Long term exposure to n-hexane can causes weakness and loss of feeling in the arms and legs. In one study, exposed workers removed from the exposure site recovered in 6 months to a year.

In air: 31,000 ug/m3*

In water: 120,000 ug/l*

In soil: 600 mg/kg*

*Decane and white oil

If generic alkanes are released into the air, leave the area. Avoid contact with contaminated water, soil or sediment.

Our government is so very negligent about this environment emergency

To Whom It May Concern,

We must stop BP from using the oil dispersant chemicals now!

Marine biologists are stating that the oil spill dispersant chemicals are upsetting the balance of the oxygen in the waters of the Gulf; besides contaminating all our seafood by this human made environment catastrophe; AND making a very toxic environment for us. The fish are distressed and flaccid.

Plus, the hurricanes are going to bring all the oil and dispersant chemicals on land. This is going to destroy our agriculture (farmers' earnings). Our citrus groves and the like (orchards) will be ruined, as also other damages that I state in my public letter here...

The Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill - AN EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT

We need to give our legislative body, U.S. Representatives, our undesired attention about how we feel about their procrastinating posture around this devastating environmental oil spill issue in the Gulf of Mexico. Please forward my letter via email and/or print out my letter and hand deliver my letter to each and every U.S. Representative (and State Representative, etc.); and anyone that you wish. My letter here expresses my emotion; and can radiate some bright lights on this oil spill. AND also contained herein (below) is my June 14, 2010 letter to Chairman Edward J. Markey of the Energy & Environment Subcommittee.

The U.S.A needs to hire people to fix this environmental ruin and start the serious clean up - TWO TRILLION DOLLARS APPROPRIATIONS FOR EMERGENCY CLEAN UP! AND collect the two trillion dollars from BP now. This clean up will be on-going for many years.

It's hurricane season. If the hurricanes raise havoc this year and bring oil and oil dispersant chemicals on land. This is going to affect our agriculture (our farmers' earnings). This might damage the healthy environment of our properties. BP is liable along with the other accomplice companies.

Our government is standing around longwinded yakking with their pants down around their ankles while millions of barrels of oil flood our waters! AND some of these demented individuals are still promoting offshore drilling. They lack any sense of the future consequence of their actions. They are liable too. To protect our earth from these dirty oily villains, we must vote them out.

I admire people like James Fox and Marine Biologist, Dr. Carl Safina of which is the President of Blue Ocean Institute, Stony Brook University for their reporting of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Review this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBPIPWqOziw

AND also this video (a native to the area showing and describing the devastation):

AND also these videos (BP Oil Slick Covers Dolphins and Whales and a Whale being incinerated; BP is incinerating turtles on the extinction list; and other marine life in the oil):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxDf-KkMCKQ

http://bpoilslick.blogspot.com/

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kjw3_bMk8o

AND also this video; of which you will never stop the news coverage of this disaster; technology will not permit it. Let's keep this front page news! Tell BP to get their surfboard out and hang-ten in the oily Gulf of Mexico!:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qL4R8npXb2c&feature=related

If these videos do not affect you. You must be insensitive (born dumb). The oil and dispersant chemicals is landing on our beaches and wildlife sanctuaries. The oil and dispersant chemicals is entering into our tributaries. All marine life are being affected. All seafood is contaminated. Human health near and around this oily madness should be a concern. Clean up workers must be warned in advance that their health is at risk (the air carries dangerous pollutants of which could cause cancer or other ailments).

Florida Governor Charlie Crist received from BP $25 million to fund a marketing campaign to counter negative and false information appearing in print and electronic media about the oil spill's impact on Florida's beaches and waters......

I wonder if Charlie Crist has got a billion dollar personal injury liability insurance policy to cover his A$$ if someone vacations in Florida and becomes ill from the oil spill!...Shouldn't all BP money go towards clean-up and for personal injury claims? AND how many other States received such large amounts of BP monies for advertising to entice people to vacation and play in a toxic environment? Such non-sense!

The public must be aware that the environment that they are inhabiting is safe or not; whereas that they can make their own decisions about their own health. Pregnant women should not be exposed to this toxic environment. We don't want our government to create an excuse to issue an emergency evacuation. Of which can cause the wrestling with the public. This could result in the deaths of many that refuse to leave. Or cause real-estate vultures making a run for cheap properties; holding them for years and gaining a big payoff.

No one should sell their property right now. Property owners should file devalue real-estate claim with BP now. Property owners should also have their property's air quality tested, water quality tested and their property's soil tested. To file other damages BP has caused. If your property's location participates in a neighborhood association. Property owners should have these tests done in a combined effort.

Meanwhile you should get an air-filter, water-filter and plants for your home; and keep your doors and windows shut. If you live near water (ocean, bay, a tributary) you should have that water tested. AND share with the media the results of all these tests.

The submitted sample (#12) has the following composition:

Water 17.0 Dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DDBSA) 5.0 Triethanol amine 5.0 Dipropylene glycol methyl ether 20.0 Tall oil fatty acid, ethoxylated (Ethox TO9A) 5.0 Coco (nut oil) amide (Ninol 4OCO) 5.0 Ethoxylated tallow amine (Ethox TAM5) 8.0 Sod. Yippee! Yea Hoo! Whoopee! -- One 'A Whale' 1100 foot mega-skimmer ship arrives in Gulf of Mexico July 1, 2010. It takes a foreigner, a Taiwanese billionaire Nobu Su, to order his engineers to cut vents in the bow and redesign the tanks on this ship into a 21 million gallon per day oil skimmer. Our government is so lax! AND BP IS NEGLIGENT. We have been dealing with this BP oil mess since April 20, 2010.

Anyone that thinks that the Gulf of Mexico waters and land can be cleaned up is dreaming! You would need at least a million boats with water filter machines to even partially clean up (decontaminate) the waters of this devastation (reminder that you are dealing with the oil dispersant chemicals, besides the oil). AND to clean up the destroyed saturated land affected; you are going to have to remove all the beach sand and replace it with new beach sand; and you might even have to remove some of this sand that is part of water covered areas; AND all the other land areas affected by this oil spill; you are going to have to remove all that toxic soil and replace these areas with clean soil. You better have a lot of clean soil fill dirt sites (pits) available to you with a lot of heavy machinery and dump trucks! AND you had better have a huge dump that is lined to put this contaminated soil in; a very thick lined dump so that there is no seeping of this oil and the oil spill dispersant chemicals waste (soil) that could end up into your drinking water.

Dealing with the oil spill dispersant chemicals -- an idea of mine to help improve the waters in and around the Gulf of Mexico that you might want to include in your efforts; is to use large diameter (with 2" inch mesh size) fishing nets; and fill these fishing nets with an equal amount mixture of:

5" INCH CHUNKS OF LIMESTONE

5" INCH CHUNKS OF COAL

CATTLE MINERAL SALT BLOCKS IN ONE SQ. FT. SIZES (the very large size and they have to be the mineral type)

...AND drop these fishing nets deep into the water and drag this material all around the Gulf waters. This mixture should improve the water environment for the marine life.

All of us must come together and push our government employees to fix this oil spill lunacy now -- (whether these government employees are elected, appointed or hired). We have a competent NAVY! The NAVY can fix the oil flow coming out of that broken oil well pipe with my idea describe in my letter to Ed Markey; and control and collect the oil flowing out of that broken oil well; and flow it through hoses into oil tankers. AND/OR shut this oil well down with the help of the Russians. Or in case the whole oil well aberatese We have lots of Americans (many hands make light work) with unique technology contributions for clean up solutions, and for fixing that leaky menses of mother earth. But we need funds to pay for this clean up ...and lots of resources (one major item high on the list is that we need MANY OIL TANKERS).

As of July -- National Pollution Funds Center of the Coast Guard, stating that the total amount due to the federal government from BP and their accomplice companies was $70.9 million!!!!...... That's not even close to cover the damages! Greedy BP is done playing around. Give BP the boot now! AND draft a TWO TRILLION DOLLAR statement to BP for monies due to the U.S.A for all the environmental damages and personal injuries they caused; for the damages they caused to our economy (many have lost their businesses and/or lost customers); and the damages they are causing to the real-estate values along the Gulf of Mexico; for polluting those properties; and for any other damages they caused to the immediate health to individuals affected now; and any future individual health issues related to this oil spill and dispersant chemicals; and collect from BP the TWO TRILLION DOLLARS now; before BP moves all their assets into another corporation and/or in-cumbers their assets to try to save themselves. BP is already balking at some of the monetary claims. This reflex by BP should warn us! AND we may have to add more costs on to this TWO TRILLION DOLLAR figure in the future. This clean up is a huge undertaking; and is going to cost us big time! After we do the crucial clean up we will have to stock the Gulf of Mexico ocean with healthy marine life in the future to bring back the seafood industry. AND all transactions for claims against BP should be publicly disclosed by putting this information up on a website. So the public can check and make sure that there's no hanky-panky going on under the table; like big dollar fraudulent exchanges with their friends to divert moneys away from the personal injury claim fund; and/or paying inflated costs to contractors for clean up.

Our government must investigate BP insider trading. Dumping all that BP stock before this April 20, 2010 disaster is very interesting.

Also, why does the queen of England come over to the U.S.A. for a short visit after 35 years? AND she is recognized to have traveled to the United Nations. What for? Does the queen of England have a large stake in BP and is trying to strong arm the United Nations to enter this environmental mess; to save BP some liability money? The redcoats continue to dig their claws into us! They cannot accept that we won the Revolutionary War. Collect the TWO TRILLION DOLLARS from BP now!

It is very apparent that the U.S.A. does not need foreign oil. AND that greedy BP wants that oil; and is making every effort of buying time to drill two relief wells (or more) to extract that oil.

There is talk being passed around that the U.S.A. has plenty of oil. We don't have enough refineries.

Also, nature and/or God made oil to float on top of the water to save the marine life living in our oceans. By the U.S.A. allowing BP to use oil spill dispersant chemicals to hide the amount of oil spilling into the Gulf; (of which is making the oil sink  just below the surface of the water and to float anywhere the sea currents take it); creates a very toxic environment for our marine life.

AND let me put these questions to you. Why does our elected always use a tax scam against an industry for some nonsense excuse (like this oil spill for example)? Don't these elected realize that these businesses in this oil and gas industry are only going to pass this tax on to the consumer at the gas pump and their other products? Expect gas at the pump to increase to $8.00 a gallon! AND expect a cost increase domino effect (an increase in the cost of living overall)!

The best way to stop any future oil spill problems is to stop offshore drilling around the world, period!

Please go to Oceana North America

and sign the petition to stop offshore drilling.

Enjoy my letter to Ed Markey:

June 14, 2010

To: Chairman Edward J. Markey of the Energy & Environment Subcommittee

Re: The meeting thereof.

Ed,

Thank you. Dig your heels in and demand them;

Rex Tillerson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ExxonMobil

John Watson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chevron Corporation

James Mulva, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ConocoPhillips

Lamar McKay, President and Chairman, BP America, Inc.

Marvin Odum, President, Shell Oil Company

to give you doable solutions on how to fix the oil pipe. This is an emergency situation! I understand BP is refusing the help from the Russians. The Russians are experienced with these matters. Maybe the well is strong enough to be blown up by the Russians.

I hope that you can draw together momentum to shut down offshore drilling internationally. Push this issue at the United Nations.

Oil Spill Fix and other goodies from my mind.

My letter herein is what I have been sending out to people in our government, BP, environmental groups and news blogs etc. We need to start a massive email protest and a human barrage movement. They are pussy-footin' around this issue like tomorrow is just another day! What is going on in the Gulf of Mexico is disgusting. It is criminal. My thoughts are expressed herein:

GULF OF MEXICO DEEPWATER HORIZON OIL SPILL ACCIDENT -- MY INTUITIVE SCENARIO: Halliburton - they are the contractor behind the defective blow-out preventer (BOP), etc., etc. besides the numerous technology contractors you would think...

When the crew was changing drilling bits, the rubber from the defective blow-out preventer was attached to the drilling bit when the crew brought the bit up for the change. There are stories going around that this rubber was seen floating in the ocean. So someone would have had to thrown this blow-out preventer rubber into the ocean (it's a thought). The drilling crew should have stopped all operations; and BP, Halliburton and whomever should have changed the defective blow-out preventer.

Also, I want to add to this intuitive scenario - this blow-out preventer was rated for 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure. If someone was going to drill a deep hole into the earth; would not that person want to cover their greedy fanny in case they mis-judged the pressure? The blow-out preventer should have been rated to handle 25000lbs per sq. inch pressure or more. Also I have questions - is the drill bit stuck in the area of the blow-out preventer? Of which might cause the blow-out preventer from working and able to cut through that massive object. If so then, the shaft is also in this location of the pipe. Can the cranes grab the bit's shaft and pull the bit out of the pipe and then try to get the blow-out preventer to work?

On top of the blow-preventer you have OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism --

http://www.oilstates.com/fw/main/SCR-FlexJoint%C2%AE-Products-369.html

I believe that's what BP's yellow leaky containment box with the large number 4 on it, is sitting on; that you see all the oil ejaculating from underneath. There might have been three of these OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanisms located in different sections of the riser. The one we see on top of the blow-out preventer near the seafloor; and two others along the length of the riser pipe. AND there was at least three locations in the riser that oil was leaking out before BP cut the riser off at the OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism area of the pipe. There is a lot of oil that has not been determined in the overall oil spillage calculation.

I believe the pipe measurement is 21 inches in diameter; and the pressure is high. But it is anyone's guess how high the pressure is; since we are on the outside of BP's goings-on around this oil spill fix. So I am going to take a guess that it is 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure.

Question -- was the oil well drilling CHRISTMAS TREE a single bore-hole model or a dual bore-hole model? -- http://www.encapgroup.com/drilling/

The CHRISTMAS TREE allows them to control the flow of oil from the well.

Ask questions -- http://www.akersolutions.com/Internet/IndustriesAndServices/default.htm

Are we going to expect leaking from underground in another location because of weakness' in the seafloor? The media should be on site (on ship) documenting for us.

Question -- are our government employees on the oil spill site (on ship) taking logs on the activity of oil that is being collected; and any other activity around the fixing of this oil spill? We should be, whether BP likes it or not! Let's not take BP's word for it.

Example: If an arson intentionally set a building on fire; would we ask this arson to put the fire out? Of course not! Then why are we giving BP free rein on this oil spill fix without our people looking over their shoulder?

Does our government have honest employees that visit each and every oil and gas well daily (whether on land or offshore) documenting the total amounts of oil and/or gas collected to calculate the total; for our royalties; and to inspect the plumbing; that there is not an underground line redirecting some of the oil so as it is not calculated into the total; AND to check any unsafe activity that might lead to an environmental industrial accident.  AND to check the offshore rigs; we must have our own subsea cameras to check for oil leaks, etc.

CHRISTINA M. VAHLSING -- IDEAS FOR FIXING THE GULF OIL SPILL - TO BP AND TO ANYONE THAT CAN BE CREATIVE TO FIX THIS MESS; of which I have already sent my ideas to BP and to our government employees a while ago (along with a angry piece of my mind).

You can create a rubber hose riser with tank; a vertical pipe line (pumping system) off of the broken blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism if you so choose; AND a non leaking system; unlike that yellow junk rig BP has got now. But you have to use a 60" inch diameter rubber hose as your main hose (they come in a length up to 50 ft. maximum each). You will have to make a decision on the length that you would like (that easily can be handled). But, at least 2000 ft. length (to create a large tank); with a smaller diameter rubber hose coupled to it to reach the surface of the ocean (to the ship). You want to create a large tank between the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism and the surface of the ocean for the oil to pass through; and for the oil to push up against its own heavy fluid.

You will need to purchase a rubber heating hose that is one inch or two inches in diameter (this hose must be able to heat up throughout the total length of the hose from the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism to the surface of the ocean (to the ship); let's say the length of this rubber hose to be a mile and a half long; or shorter (more than the total length of the main hose). If there is not a manufacture for this heating hose system; then you can purchase a mile and a half long heating string to shove down this one inch to two inch rubber hose with a weight on the end of the heating string so it slides to the end of this rubber hose when it is in a vertical position in the ocean before you attach the 60" inch diameter rubber hose to the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism's lip area. You will be shoving this one inch to two inches in diameter rubber heating hose into the main 60" inch diameter rubber hose; including any hose that is coupled to this 60" inch diameter rubber hose that acts as the main riser leading to the surface of the ocean (to the ship). You will have to make an opening in the main large hose for this one inch or two inches in diameter heating hose with the heating string to pass through tightly (no leaks) on the main hose at surface (on ship). You will be attaching the heating string to electricity and this heating hose to an air compressor (on the ship). This heating hose is going to create warm bubbles down near the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism inside the main 60" inch diameter rubber hose. This heating hose is also going to keep the main large hose warm while oil gets pumped to the surface of the ocean.

You will need to purchase a vacuum pumping system; hook it up to the main hose. You will want to prime this main hose (create a sucking of the sea water) as you slip it over the OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism pipe area. I am using the 15000lbs per sq. inch pressure or more coming out of the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism. But you should still consider a vacuum pumping system to force feed the oil tankers and to balance your load as the oil travels through the main large hose tank and into the oil tankers.

The main hose will have a 21 inch coupling (or larger) on the bottom that can be directly slipped over the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism's lip area with a clamp or a belt system; and fastened tightly. Or you can wrap an air compressed rubber-band around it and pull the cord like as to inflate a rubber life boat as a clamp. The rubber of the hose that is clamped down over the blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism's lip area must be steel belted (beefed -up) in this area; as you don't want the cut off pipe area to rub against the rubber hose to break it).

ANOTHER IDEA -- You can choose a better containment system over that yellow leaky box! AND that is you can use a1000 ft. diameter balloon made of nylon, rubber or some other material as the tank for the oil to pass through. You can cover the whole blow-out preventer / OIL STATES Flexjoint mechanism's lip area with this balloon and clamp it down as like above. The balloon will be very flexible in the ocean and your main hose can be attached very easily. But don't forget to apply the warm bubbles to this system; even though the balloon's large area would be difficult to freeze.

THE THIRD IDEA -- You can pump concrete instead of mud and golf balls!

THE FOURTH IDEA -- You can sink an aircraft carrier over it!

THE FIFTH IDEA -- You can stuff the fanatic elected bubble heads in Washington that supports OFFSHORE DRILLING into it! That most certainly would stop the leak; and any future oil leaks. As (maybe) the voters will elect individuals that will stop offshore drilling.

THE SIXTH IDEA -- AND let's not allow the legal liability games that are being played out over this out-of-control ejaculating oil leak. Put a huge condom over it! Our government is more responsible than BP; because our government allowed offshore drilling in the first place.

THE SEVENTH IDEA -- Call in experience people that will "Tap and Cap" the oil pipe and shut this environmental devastation down. Just do a Google search for "Underwater Oil Well Hot Tapping and Plugging Companies"...I believe TDW Tap and Cap services John Majors -- 832-448-7208 is on the oil spill scene. Call him and ask him what he believes could be the difficulty. Then start making calls to other companies that can create a doable fix. It's not hard. You have all these companies available to you on the Internet. You just need a large staff of manpower to make all these inquiries.

You also have the NAVY at your beck and call. Review this site: http://www.basicconcepts.com/

AND inquire to our NAVY about how they handled the: THE MISSISSINEWA WRECK SITE (the removal of two million gallons of oil) -- Google search ... [PDF] Sum03 - USS Mississinewa ... for story.

THE EIGHTH IDEA -- This oil spill is an emergency situation! I understand BP is refusing the help from the Russians. They are experienced with these matters. Maybe the well (the geological sea bed) is strong enough to be blown up by the Russians. Get them involved.

The greedy psychopaths are killing us! They will let the whole earth be covered in oil before they will give up the extraction of it offshore. The leaky box down over the blow-out preventer is unacceptable! AND this leak should show us all that the U.S.A. does not need foreign oil; and that that gas at the pump should be $.30 a gallon. No crude oil or natural gas should be allowed to leave the U.S.A. Produce the crude oil into a useful product by U.S.A. companies and then sell the manufactured product to the world.

The world wants ELECTROMAGNETIC MOTORS or some other invention that does not use oil or gas; or the electric grid. We want free energy. We want to plug our buildings and cars into these systems and not have to answer to anyone; or have someone sucking on our wallets. AND just think of the enormous industry this could become. I see two billion of these units at $900 each unit sales in the first six months!

AND I will close by saying - Why do individuals get themselves elected and have no creative ideas to fix an emergency event as this oil spill. Just because you can read a book and pass a college exam doesn't mean you are smart. It just means that you can read a book and pass an exam! AND why do individuals get themselves elected and just go around and have fund raisers and parties while a devastating emergency is taking place? I would have to guess that filling their wallets up with money is more important than the environment.

All offshore drilling should be stopped. This is a high environmental risk.

QUESTIONS -- Are these offshore rigs earthquake safe; and can withstand a big one? Or terrorism? - Of which these crazy psychopaths do not care about the environment. These demented minds around the globe are watching the U.S.A. and the handling of this oil spill. Acknowledging to themselves that the U.S.A is very defenseless on this subject matter. AND puppy love does not work. These individuals have been indoctrinated since childhood. AND are missing an important piece in their mind -- (compassion for human life; and that we are all born free with real individual freedom from the control and abuses of another; and that we all share this beautiful crowded earth together). AND oh boy, is our earth crowded!

ALL OIL WELL DRILLING SHOULD TAKE PLACE ON LAND ONLY.

Our environment is being destroyed day by day while this continues. Who wants to eat any seafood out of our waters when they are polluted with crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals! See sites:

That Gulf of Mexico water is unsafe. It is a joke that New Orleans is promoting seafood festivals; to encourage the ingestion of polluted seafood. Fish and other seafood are swimming through the crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals; and traveling towards areas of water that are cleaner to save themselves. AND this seafood is being caught by the fishermen in areas that the EPA might think are safe. The seafood itself is not safe! The seafood has already been contaminated by the crude oil and oil spill dispersant chemicals; as this seafood has swam through this nasty toxic stuff already.

Our oceans feed the world. This BP oil spill is an environmental holocaust.
